The ability to produce top-quality castings is the result of many years of experience, precision use of technologies and consistently intelligent project coordination. Especially in the field of design the intermeshing of planning and execution involves a complex sequence of parallel or successive process steps. Moreover, casting processes in particular involve a large number of different process parameters and – in the event of deviations – call for flexible responses. To achieve preferably optimal results in this respect within preferably short spaces of time, totally in line with the customer's requirements, and to leave us the necessary flexibility, we practise simultaneous engineering.

Thanks to simultaneous engineering and early integration of the customer into the development phase we are in a position to ensure a maximum level of certainty within production. This way, right from the beginning in the planning phase we fulfil the basic requirements for a long tool life and – in the long term – suitably reduced lifetime costs.

Our design computers are provided with Creo Elements/Pro (previously Pro/ENGINEER) and CATIA V5 and can process all standard file formats such as IGES, Step, VDA, DXF or Dwg.
