We apply a number of procedures and methods which contribute to avoiding mistakes. These procedures and methods are subject to continuous improvement. We have daily meetings in which our heads of department, design engineers, adjusters and employees discuss the manufacturing process with each other. Our processes are inspected and evaluated already in advance to detect potential causes of fault.

Nothing is good enough to lack room for improvement. For that reason there is nothing in our company which has been defined for the long run. Our procedures, processes and structures are subject to regular verifications as to whether they adhere to the current quality standards. Our employees are informed about and made aware of arising mistakes and the consequences thereof.
