Casting We have 32 fully-automated casting implements with closing pressures ranging from 2,000 to 13,500 kN available in our works in Gunzenhausen. In co-operation with our supplying partners our entire machinery has been perfectly adjusted to our requirements.

The casting shop has been designed for near-net-shape casting presenting at the same time high finish quality and low dimension tolerances. The process cycle is fully automated on the highest level. All processes within the casting cell are robot controlled, from the completeness check across marking up to die-cutting.

The recording of machine data applying SPC provides a permanent insight into the current manufacturing situation.
